REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Go to: https://sdiaaa.finalforms-amp.com 

 

2. Click on "Login/Sign Up" if you do not have an account. 

 

3. Go to Apply for SDIAAA Membership if you need an account. (If you have an account already, skip to step 7) 

 

4. Fill in the prompt to become a member and make sure to check your membership level as: EXCHANGE MEMBER 

 

5. Submit membership request at the bottom 

 

6. Once you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email from SDIAAA AMP to confirm your email and password 

 

7. Once you login, you will be able to register for the Section 5 meeting on your homepage under "Current Events"
